Our garments are both LOCALLY designed and manufactured in Sydney - we are ultimately aiming for 100% Australian made.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship both domestically and internationally offering standard and express post options.
PRICES FOR POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Standard shipping (3-8 business days) after dispatch: Starting at $9.20 AUD
Express shipping (1-3 business days) after dispatch: Starting at $20 AUD
PRICES FOR POSTAGE INTERNATIONALLY:
Standard shipping (6-10 business days) after dispatch: Starting at $20 AUD
Express-shipping: (3-6 business days) after dispatch: Starting at $35 AUD
Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be dispatched.
DO YOU EXCHANGe or return?
My Friends are Yours pieces are designed to be loved by you, but we are a small business that does extremely limited quantities per run! While we currently do not offer returns for change of mind, if we can not exchange your size we will provide a store credit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed. Please email myfriendsareyours@gmail.com with your order number, the name of the item/s and the reason for your exchange or return and we will provide postage details. Customers are to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for sale items unless faulty. As all of our garments are quality checked on dispatch, returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or are without original tags attached will not be accepted.
