WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based in Sydney, Australia.
WHERE ARE YOUR GARMENTS MADE?
Our garments are both LOCALLY designed and manufactured - we are ultimately aiming for 100% Australian made. This has always been incredibly important to us, however was not a cost-effective option for our first drop. Now that we have such amazing customer support, we can bring you Australian made garments even higher quality than before.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship both domestically and internationally and offer both standard and express post.
PRICES FOR POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Please keep in mind COVID-19 is currently delaying all postage.
Standard shipping (4-5 business days) after dispatch: Starting at $9.20 AUD
Express-shipping (2-3 business days) after dispatch: Starting at $12.20 AUD
PRICES FOR POSTAGE INTERNATIONALLY:
Please keep in mind COVID-19 is currently delaying all postage, particularly international.
Standard shipping (6-10 business days) after dispatch: Starting at $18.20 AUD
Express-shipping: (3-6 business days) after dispatch: Starting at $33.20 AUD
Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be dispatched.
DO YOU REFUND/EXCHANGE?
My Friends Are Yours are designed to be loved by you! If you are not satisfied with your purchase we accept returns in exchange for a refund or credit voucher within 5 business days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed. Please email myfriendsareyours@gmail.com with your order number, the name of the item/s and the reason for your return and we will provide postage details. Customers are to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for sale items unless faulty. As all of our garments are quality checked on dispatch, returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or are without original tags attached will not be accepted.
